Terms & Conditions of Shipments Inside Turkey

For order processing, Express delivery will take approximately 2-5 business days and this is an estimate not a guarantee. Delivery time depends on a number of variables. LuxEYE is not liable for any delays in local transportation.

• Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address or other causes.

 

For a limited time, FREE shipment for orders inside ISTANBUL 

Cash on Delivery can be used as a payment method only for orders shipped inside Turkey.

 Cash on Delivery can be used as a payment method only for orders less than ₺ 500 TRY.

• Orders of more than ₺ 500 TRY are paid by bank transfer. For more details about our bank account and IBAN, please contact us via the Instagram account or via our website.

 LuxEYE may charge a fee for orders placed using Cash on Delivery. However, for a limited promotional period, no fees will be charged on any orders placed using Cash on Delivery.

The order amount set forth on your shipment confirmation in the local currency must be paid in full before receiving your items and signing the delivery sheet. The package can be opened and your items inspected only after the payment is made.


 Items shipped and paid for by Cash on Delivery can't be replaced and can't be eligible to be returned for a refund.

If the order is ineligible for Cash on Delivery, you must select a different a payment method to complete your order.

We reserve the right to make changes to Cash on Delivery, our policies, and these terms and conditions at any time.

• Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

• Contact us within 30 days of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our customer service will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

• We may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs and/or postal authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws
